A shared path, a shared outlook
Pontes & Araújo grew out of the paths of two lawyers who studied together and who, after completing their Bar Association traineeships at different firms, came to know different sides of legal practice.
Along the way, Bruna Eugénia Araújo built experience closer to corporate law, immigration and nationality, in a setting shaped by innovation and by the new demands of legal practice. Sara Pontes, in turn, deepened a more traditional side of the profession, with particular focus on real estate law, property rights, family and succession law and employment law.
Today those two paths meet in a shared project. Between Braga and Vieira do Minho, we combine innovation and tradition, bringing together knowledge, experience and complementary ways of looking at each legal question.

Sara Pontes

Sara Pontes completed her law degree in 2022 and, in 2024, finished her traineeship with the Portuguese Bar Association, beginning practice that same year. She holds a postgraduate qualification in real estate law.
Her practice has developed mainly in real estate law, property rights, family and succession law and employment law. She works with clients to prevent and resolve disputes, seeking to understand not only the legal question but also the personal and practical context in which it arises.
Her way of practising combines technical rigour with a close, careful and dedicated approach. She values attentive listening, clear explanation of each stage and solutions tailored to the concrete needs of those who come to her.
Responsible and committed, she believes every matter should be handled with seriousness, availability and attention, so that the client feels heard, understood and secure throughout the process.

Bruna Eugénia Araújo completed her law degree in 2022 and, in 2024, finished her traineeship with the Portuguese Bar Association, beginning practice that same year.
